Adrien Badelon specializes in advising founders and executives at every stage of their companies’ development in their negotiations with investment funds, particularly with regard to the implementation of compensation packages in the context of LBOs.

Using an approach that combines analytical and business-oriented perspectives, Adrien handles a wide range of situations faced by his clients: primary LBOs, cross-border transactions, large management teams, IPOs, negotiations with commercial buyers, restructuring, and more.

He has also developed specific expertise in the FIG sector by representing founders and executives of French asset management firms and insurance brokerage groups.
