Bertrand Thibaut has developed specialized expertise in several key areas of employment law relevant to the firm’s clients, including advising management teams involved in LBOs, negotiating management compensation packages, employment contracts, and corporate office agreements, and advising executives and senior managers on international mobility.

Bertrand also regularly contributes to the development of strategy and the implementation of restructuring plans, and advises companies on complex corporate transactions as well as internal compliance and regulatory procedures and internal investigations.

Bertrand also has extensive litigation experience, and his practice covers a wide range of areas, including individual and class-action labor disputes, arbitration proceedings, social security law, and criminal labor law.
