Coralie OGER

Coralie Oger, an M&A partner, has been advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and restructurings in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions for more than twenty years.

Coralie joined the firm in 2021 and became managing partner on January 1, 2024. She began her career at Latham & Watkins in 2001, where she spent a year abroad (Orange County, U.S.). She then joined FTPA in 2009, where she became counsel in 2011 and a partner a year later.

She regularly advises founders, executives, and shareholders of numerous industrial and services groups, mid-sized companies (ETIs), and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on a wide range of transactions at every stage of their development (growth and downsizing transactions, reorganizations and restructurings, establishing partnerships, drafting contracts, governance, and day-to-day support), whether in the mid-cap or large-cap market.

She is also a member of the IBA (International Bar Association), a member of the APM’s Club Paris Ponant, and a member of the Trajectoires – HEC We&men team
