Isabelle CHERADAME

Isabelle Cheradame has been advising management teams for over 20 years, primarily in the context of private equity transactions—whether in negotiating, structuring, or implementing the terms and conditions of agreements related to their investment and equity incentives in primary or secondary LBOs. She also assists these teams with the restructuring of their compensation packages. 

She also advises executives, founders, and shareholders of privately held or family-owned companies on a wide range of issues, such as reorganization, external growth, corporate governance, and compensation. 

Isabelle Cheradame’s multicultural background and international experience have naturally led her to be involved in numerous international transactions, and her expertise in private equity has enabled her to advise executives of companies based in many countries other than France. 

She is a member of the IWF (International Women's Forum).
