Julie Herzog serves a diverse client base, ranging from startups to CAC 40 companies, with particular expertise in the tech, industrial, luxury, and hospitality sectors. She advises companies at every stage of their development—from incorporation to fundraising and M&A transactions—with a strong focus on international issues.
Admitted to the Paris and New York bars, Julie Herzog began her career at the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher (2004–2009), then at Davis Polk (2009–2015). In 2015, she founded the law firm IC Avocats before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2020.
