Julien Pardieu advises founders, senior executives, and their companies on tax issues related to balance sheet transactions, particularly in the context of LBOs involving the implementation of management packages or M&A transactions.

Julien advises his clients on both corporate tax matters and estate planning issues, including both the structuring and transfer of assets.

He also represents his clients during tax audits (providing assistance during the audit and developing a defense strategy in advance, as well as engaging in discussions and negotiations with the tax authorities) and through the litigation phase before administrative or judicial courts.
