On January 1, 2014, Claire Revol-Renié became the sixth partner in the Corporate Department of the law firm Scotto & Associés.

Claire Revol-Renié joined the firm in late 2004 and played an active role in the growth of the private equity practice, one of the firm's long-standing core areas of expertise.

She specializes in advising executives and managers on private equity transactions, whether it involves negotiating or implementing a management package during a primary or secondary LBO, or restructuring management packages.
