Caroline Vieren and Alexandre Zouhal, Scotto Partners The law firm Scotto Partners has appointed two counsel to its teams. In the corporate/M&A , Caroline Vieren has about ten years of experience, including five at Scotto. A graduate of the University of Lille, SKEMA, the Catholic University of Lille, and ESSEC, she began her career in 2016 at Bird & Bird, then worked at FTPA from 2019 to 2021. Promoted to private equity, Alexandre Zouhal also joined the firm in 2021 after an initial stint at GCA, which he joined in 2017 following his academic studies at the University of Rennes and the Institute of Business Law at the University of Aix-Marseille (AMU).
Founded in 2010, Scotto Partners is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, founders, executives, and family investors. The firm has 35 attorneys, including ten partners, led by managing partner Coralie Oger. It recently advised on the acquisition of Doctrine by RELX, the primary management buyout (MBO) of Allez, a group specializing in electrical infrastructure and electrical engineering networks, and the fundraising round for the startup Recupere Metals.
