Scotto Partners Promotes Charlotte Hazan to Partner

Scotto Partners announces the appointment of Charlotte Hazan as a partner in the firm’s Private Equity practice, alongsideIsabelle Cheradame,Claire Revol-Renié, andAdrien Badelon.

Charlotte Hazan holds a Master’s degree in business law (Paris II) and is a graduate of the Institute of Business Law (Paris II); she has been a lawyer since 2013. After gaining experience at Reed Smith, she joined the team from that firm that founded Volt Associés in 2016, before joining Scotto Partners in 2018 as an associate. Promoted to counsel three years later, she is now continuing her journey with the firm as a partner.

Charlotte advises management teams, primarily in connection with private equity transactions, whether in negotiating, structuring, or implementing the terms and conditions of agreements related to their investment and profit-sharing arrangements in primary or secondary LBOs.

She also advises executives, founders, and shareholders of privately held or family-owned companies on a wide range of aspects, such as reorganization, external growth, corporate governance, and compensation.

Charlotte is helping to usher in a new generation while remaining rooted in the firm’s history and culture.

Now that she has just had her third child, Charlotte wants to work toward achieving a better work-life balance.
