Scotto Partners is advising Diot-Siaci on the acquisition of Oasys&Cie

As part of the acquisition of Oasys&Cie, Scotto Partners advised Diot Siaci, a leading European multi-specialty insurance and reinsurance consulting and brokerage group (with a presence notably in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa). It designs and develops innovative, tailor-made solutions for its clients—including large corporations, mid-sized companies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and professionals—in both personal insurance and property and liability insurance. With more than 6,000 employees and an extensive international network, the group operates worldwide and is projected to generate revenue of more than €900 million in 2023.

Founded in 2006, Oasys & Cie is an independent French consulting firm with 650 employees and €80 million in revenue. Its mission is to support organizational transformations as well as career and managerial transitions, serving organizations, individuals, and regions.

With this acquisition, Diot-Siaci is making HR consulting a strategic focus and is becoming a key leader in France. Oasys’s areas of expertise complement those of Diot-Siaci, and this merger will create numerous business synergies with its core business.

The new entity resulting from the merger will be led by Myriam El Khomri, currently director of the Consulting and CSR Strategy division at the Diot-Siaci Group. She will report directly to Cédric Charpentier, CEO of the Diot-Siaci Group. Eric Beaudouin and Jean-Christophe Deruaz, executives at the Oasys & Cie Group, will serve as vice presidents. Combined revenue will total approximately 120 million euros.

Scotto Partners is advising the client with a team led by Coralie Oger, partner; Bastien Deroch and Shanez Kouchar on corporate matters; Alban Tourneux on labor law matters; Emilie Renaud, partner, on tax matters; and Adrien Badelon, partner, on management package matters.
