Scotto Partners is advising the management of the Idex Group on J.P. Morgan's acquisition of a majority stake from Antin Infrastructure Partners
Scotto Partners advised the management of the Idex Group, represented by Benjamin Frémaux, in connection with J.P. Morgan’s acquisition of the majority stake held by Antin Infrastructure Partners in the Group.
As a leading player in the energy transition, Idex designs, develops, and operates low-carbon energy infrastructure and solutions for local governments, businesses, and industrial players. The group is particularly recognized for its expertise in heating and cooling networks, energy services, and decarbonization solutions.
This transaction marks a new milestone in the Idex Group’s growth and confirms the appeal of its position in the energy transition market.
