Scotto Partners is advising the management of HGH Infrared Systems as Carlyle enters into exclusive negotiations with THEON International

Scotto Partners advised the management team of HGH Infrared Systems, led by its President Vincent Leboucher, in connection with the exclusive negotiations between Carlyle and THEON International Plc regarding the sale of Carlyle’s stake in HGH.
