Coralie Oger succeeds Lionel Scotto as president of the firm

Lionel Scotto, founder of Scotto Partners—established in 1996 and the pioneer of the management package in France—is handing over the presidency of the firm to Coralie Oger.

This leadership transition marks a generational shift that brings significant ambition to the firm, while deeply preserving its heritage and culture. Internal and lateral hires are expected in 2024. These will be accompanied by a renewed vision for the management package as well as a significant ramp-up in M&A activity.

Coralie Oger heads the M&A practice at Sotto Partners. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law (acquisitions and disposals of securities and assets, shareholder agreements, due diligence, etc.), private equity (equity investments, fundraising, cash-out transactions), and restructuring in the context of complex and/or cross-border transactions. Coralie Oger holds a DESS in International Business Law from the University of Lyon II and a Master’s degree in International Business Law and Management from HEC. She practiced at Latham & Watkins from 2001 to 2009 before joining FTPA Avocats, where she became counsel in 2011 and a partner in 2012.
