A French regtech company founded in 2012, VIALINK is a leading provider of AI-powered solutions for automating and securing customer onboarding processes. VIALINK’s SaaS platform enables identity verification, automated KYC document analysis, and the risk assessment required for any online application, streamlining and accelerating the customer journey while ensuring complete security. Owned by BRED since its inception, Vialink is now joining the Signaturit Group, which specializes in electronic signature and seal software and is backed by PSG Equity.
Through this transaction, Vialink aims to accelerate its growth, while Signaturit will be able to offer a comprehensive suite of digital transaction management solutions, strengthening its capabilities in secure verification software.
SOFEMA, whose core business is the supply of military ground and aerospace equipment, aims to strengthen its position in the domestic market and revitalize its export operations.
Scotto Partners advised Vialink with a team led by Jérôme Commerçon, partner, assisted by Alban Tourneux on labor law matters and Thibaut Sitoleux, associate, on tax matters. They were supported by Coralie Oger, partner, and Clément Carol, associate, on corporate matters.
