Specializing in the design and development of private-label brands, packaging concepts, and beauty accessories for retailers and brands, IBG (Innovative Beauty Group) was recently established by the Albéa Group. IBG provides turnkey solutions to various players in the beauty and retail sectors, with Xavier Leclerc de Hauteclocque at the helm of the company.
Scotto Partners is advising IBG’s management on this transaction with a team consisting of Claire Revol-Renié, partner; Julia Brochet, Alexandre Zouhal, and Manon Livebardon, associates, on corporate matters, supported by Jérôme Commerçon, partner, and Nicolas Vacca, associate, on tax matters, and Alban Tourneux on employment law matters.
