Scotto Partners is advising Parthena Consultant on the acquisition of IGSI

This transaction offers IGSI new opportunities and a broader scope, as well as sustainable growth through its participation in Parthena Consultant’s development project.

Based in Grasse, with offices in Lyon, Annecy, and Troyes, IGSI is an expert in IT infrastructure, management information systems, and communications, and positions itself as a creator of business solutions centered on the SAGE CRM environment.
