The acquisition of the Prezioso-Technilor Group by the Cinven investment funds was completed on June 27, 2012. Until then, Prezioso-Technilor had been owned by the Indigo investment funds.
Prezioso-Technilor specializes in the application of protective and insulating coatings in the energy (oil and gas, nuclear), industrial, and construction sectors. The group has 2,700 employees and reported total revenue of €307 million for 2011.
The law firm SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS, with a team comprising Lionel Scotto le Massese and Alexandra Pérette handling the legal aspects, along with our tax team, assisted some of the managers in connection with the sale of their shares to the Cinven funds.
