The law firm Scotto & Associés is advising Compagnie Lebon—which has been active in private equity for many years (in addition to its hospitality business)—in connection with Salvepar’s capital increase, in which it intends to participate.
Salvepar, a private equity firm listed on the Paris Stock Exchange in Segment C and 92% owned by Tikehau, has announced the launch of a cash capital increase, with shareholders’ preemptive subscription rights maintained, totaling approximately 137.8 million euros.
As part of this capital increase, Compagnie Lebon stated that it intends to subscribe to more than 200,000 shares of Salvepar.
The subscription period for the new shares will begin on July 15, 2013, and end on July 26, 2013. The issuance of the new shares, settlement and delivery of the issuance, and admission of the new shares to trading are scheduled for August 8, 2013.
The SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS team consists of our M&A and capital markets team.
Tikehau is represented by the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (Pierre-Yves Chabert and Geoffroy Renard).
