The law firm Scotto & Associés is advising members of the Carle family, founders of the Babilou Group, in connection with the divestiture of the Alpha investment funds and the acquisition of a stake in the company by the Belgian investment firm Cobepa and Société Générale Partenaires.
As France’s largest network of early childhood care facilities, Babilou reported revenue of approximately 150 million euros in 2012. The group employs nearly 3,000 people across 200 private daycare centers.
The firm's teams were as follows:

- our tax team on all tax matters; and
