SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS is advising the management team of Focus Home Interactive in connection with its initial public offering
Paris, February 13, 2015
The law firm Scotto & Associés advised Cédric Lagarrigue, a minority shareholder and member of the executive board of Focus Home Interactive—an independent leader in video game publishing in France—in connection with the company’s initial public offering on the Alternext market.
With 40 million games sold in 2014 from a catalog of 40 titles—including several international franchises—Focus Home Interactive generated estimated revenue of between 43 and 44 million euros in 2014, up more than 60% from the previous fiscal year, and an operating margin of more than 15% in the first half of 2014.
In total, as part of the offering for which settlement and delivery took place today, 1,055,386 shares were offered to the public (just over one million) at a price of 12.07 euros. Focus Home Interactive’s market capitalization therefore stands at approximately 51 million euros.
The firm's team consisted of:
- our corporate and securities law team;
- our tax team.
