The law firm Scotto & Associés advised Nocibé’s management team on the acquisition of the group by Douglas, one of Europe’s leading retailers of fragrances and cosmetics, which is controlled by the U.S.-based Advent International Corporation. The transaction creates one of the largest networks of fragrance stores in France.
