Acquired by Cobepa and its co-investor SGCP, Staci Completes Its Fourth LBO
Since 1989, Staci has been providing innovative B2B and B2C logistics solutions for companies that wish to outsource all or part of their network’s or customers’ supply chain operations.
With a valuation of €200 million, Staci has seen its revenue grow by nearly 30% since its third LBO by ICG three years ago.
As part of its acquisition by Cobepa, the group’s management was advised by Scotto & Associés, with a team led by Nicolas Menard-Durand, a corporate partner, supported by Franck Vacher. The tax team consisted of Jérôme Commerçon, a partner, and Raphaël Bagdassarian.
