The Brétèche Group is embarking on its third LBO, led by IK Investment Partners, which is taking the reins from Equistone Partners
With a market value of €290 million, the food-processing equipment manufacturer has seen its revenue grow by more than 30% since its second management buyout (LBO) by Equistone four years ago.
As part of its acquisition by IK Investment Partners, the group’s management is being advised by Scotto & Associés, with a team led by Nicolas Menard-Durand, a partner in the Corporate practice, supported by Camille Perrin and Dominique Querçin.
The tax team consists of Jérôme Commerçon, a partner, and Laurence Gautier.
