Scotto & Associés advised the management team of Alliance Marine on its first LBO, led by Weinberg Capital Partners.
As the national leader in the supply of equipment and services for the boating and marine industries, Alliance Marine employs 300 people across eight companies and generated approximately €100 million in revenue in 2015.
The Scotto & Associés team consisted of Nicolas Menard-Durand (partner) and Camille Perrin in the corporate practice, and Jérôme Commerçon (partner) and Laurence Gautier in the tax practice.
