SCOTTO & ASSOCIES is advising Pierre Bastid’s family office on Pharnext’s listing on Alternext Paris

Scotto & Associés is advising Zaka, Pierre Bastid’s family office, on the listing of Pharnext on Alternext Paris. Pharnext is a French biopharmaceutical company developing an advanced portfolio of products in the field of neurodegenerative diseases.
Through this offering, Pharnext aims to raise between 36.4 and 48.2 million euros. 9 million euros in subscriptions have already been secured from its long-standing shareholders, including Zaka, Truffle Capital, and Ipsen Pharma.
