Scotto & Associés advised the management team of SGD Pharma on the acquisition of the group by JIC (China Jianyin Investment), which succeeded Oaktree.
As the leader in glass packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, SGD Pharma employs nearly 2,750 people worldwide and generated revenue of approximately €290 million in 2015.
