Scotto Partners is advising the Proxiserve Group on its acquisition of Vauban Infrastructure Partners

Proxiserve, a major player in home services that has been under joint control by Asterion Industrial Partners and Vauban Infrastructure Partners since 2019, is restructuring its ownership.
Asterion is selling its stake in Proxiserve (37.8%) to Vauban. Vauban is thus strengthening its involvement in the group by becoming its sole controlling shareholder.
Vauban now holds exclusive control of the group through its various acquisition vehicles and will enable Proxiserve to accelerate its growth in promising, value-added businesses such as the operation of thermal energy meters and heat pumps.
As part of this transaction, the Proxiserve Group and its management team were advised by Scotto Partners, with a team consisting of Claire Revol-Renié (partner), Rosa Oudni, and Elise Burkhart on corporate matters; Jérôme Commerçon (partner) and Mélissa Pouvesle on tax matters; and Bertrand Thibaut and Alban Tourneux on employment law matters.
