Scotto Partners is advising the executive shareholders of the investment management firm Idinvest Partners on the sale of the remainder of their shares to Eurazeo

Following on from the 2018 transaction, in which Eurazeo acquired an approximately 70% stake in Idinvest Partners, Eurazeo and the management shareholders of Idinvest Partners have agreed on the terms for Eurazeo’s acquisition of the remaining shares in the management company by the end of 2020: Eurazeo will acquire a majority of the remaining shares of Idinvest Partners in cash, while the remainder will be contributed to Eurazeo in exchange for Eurazeo shares as part of a capital contribution.
