Scotto Partners is advising the management of the Omni-Pac Group in connection with Latour Capital's acquisition of a majority stake
Owned by Motion Equity Partners since 2014, the manufacturer of eco-friendly packaging solutions is changing its majority shareholder, with the outgoing fund reinvesting alongside management and Latour Capital, which is taking control of the group as part of this third-party LBO.
Omni-Pac Group offers eco-friendly packaging solutions made from molded fiber (a material derived from recycled paper) for the food and medical industries. With nearly 600 employees, led by Renaud Malarre, who has been CEO since 2013, the group operates three highly automated, complementary sites: Allaire in Brittany, Elsfleth in Germany, and Scunthorpe in the United Kingdom.
In connection with this transaction, Renaud Malarre and the management of Omni-Pac Group were advised by a team consisting of Lionel Scotto Le Massese, Claire Revol-Renié (partners), and William Ducrocq-Ferré on corporate matters, as well as Jérôme Commerçon (partner), assisted by Martine Le Roux and Pierre-Henri Abadie, on tax matters.
