Wifirst, a specialist in professional Wi-Fi solutions previously controlled by the Bolloré Group, is changing its majority shareholder as part of a management buyout (LBO) orchestrated by a consortium comprising Amundi Private Equity Funds, Bpifrance, and Socadif.
During this transaction, Wifirst’s management team was advised by Isabelle Cheradame, partner, Adrien Badelon, Charlotte Hazan, and Antonin Balsan on corporate matters; and by Jérôme Commerçon, partner, Xavier Colard, Martine Le Roux, and Laura de Casalta on tax matters.
