Scotto Partners is working alongside Scalian's management team in connection with Cobepa's acquisition of the group
Owned by Andera Partners since 2015, the Occitan-based digital and organizational engineering specialist is changing its majority shareholder, with the outgoing fund reinvesting alongside the Belgian holding company Cobepa, which is taking control of the group as part of this secondary LBO.
