Scotto Partners is advising Gerflor’s management on Cobepa’s acquisition of a majority stake in the group. ICG, the current shareholder, will retain a minority stake.
Gerflor’s managers were advised by Scotto Partners, through a team led by Nicolas Menard-Durand and Franck Vacher (Partners), assisted by Rosa Oudni on corporate matters, Xavier Colard (Counsel) and Laura de Casalta on tax matters, and Bertrand Thibaut (Counsel) and Alban Tourneux on employment law.
