Scotto Partners is advising Verescence’s management team on its LBO by Stirling Square Capital Partners
Verescence (formerly SGD), a leader in glass packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, has entered into exclusive negotiations with Stirling Square Capital Partners to acquire the stake held by Oaktree Capital Partners.
As part of this transaction, the Verescence Group’s management team is being advised by Claire Revol-Renié (partner), Franck Vacher, and Dominique Quercin on corporate matters; by Jérôme Commerçon (partner) and Martine Le Roux on tax matters; and by Bertrand Thibaut (counsel) on employment law matters.
