Scotto Partners is advising the Citya Immobilier Group on the acquisition of Gestrim Belgium

Citya Immobilier, France’s leading property management company and a subsidiary of the Arche holding company, is expanding into Belgium with the acquisition of the real estate agency Gestrim Belgium. This merger gives the group access to a portfolio of 14,200 new clients and 53 employees.

Citya Immobilier is a leading national property management brand. It was founded in Tours by Philippe Briand in the early 1990s. Today, the company has more than 250 branches spread across 125 cities in metropolitan France and its overseas territories, serving one million clients.

This latest acquisition is in line with Citya Immobilier’s growth strategy. Last April, the group partnered with Iliad Immobilier to establish a new entity in Mauritius.
