Scotto Partners is advising the Parthena Consultant Group on the acquisition of Ingsoft

Parthena Consultant, an expert in the implementation of ERP, finance, payroll and HR, digitization, and business intelligence solutions, is continuing its expansion in France with the acquisition of Ingsoft, a company specializing in consulting, implementation, and training for management applications.

This is the Parthena Consultant Group’s ninth acquisition. In 2022, the group posted 20% growth following the acquisition of Soserbat in November and that of Project SI and its subsidiary Project PACA in April.

Founded in 1990, Parthena Consultant is a major player in digital transformation consulting and information systems services. The group meets companies’ needs in the areas of accounting and financial management, payroll and human resources, digitization, sales and CRM, and production, and offers cloud-based solutions. Parthena Consultant helps its clients select innovative, robust, and reliable solutions to address the business and technological challenges of today and tomorrow, and develops customized solutions tailored to specific sectors such as the hospitality industry, OPCOs, mutual insurance companies, and associations.

This partnership will enable Parthena Consultant to draw on a high level of product expertise and thereby enhance the quality of its customer service.
