Scotto Partners is advising the Parthena Consultant Group on its acquisition of Soserbat

Parthena Consultant, an expert in the implementation of ERP, finance, payroll and HR, digital transformation, and business intelligence solutions, has completed its seventh acquisition since 2018 with the purchase of Soserbat, a digital transformation company in the construction industry. The new combined entity has revenue of €30 million and employs 220 people serving 1,900 active clients.

Founded in 1990, Parthena Consultant is a leading provider of digital transformation consulting and information systems services. The group meets companies’ needs in the areas of accounting and financial management, payroll and human resources, digitization, sales and CRM, and production, and offers cloud-based solutions. Parthena Consultant helps its clients select innovative, robust, and reliable solutions to address the business and technological challenges of today and tomorrow, and develops customized solutions tailored to specific sectors such as the hospitality industry, OPCOs, mutual insurance companies, and associations.

The acquisition of Soserbat is part of Parthena Consultant’s national expansion strategy, as it marks the group’s second acquisition in 2022. In April, Parthena Consultant acquired Project SI and its subsidiary Project PACA, which had already expanded the group’s geographic reach and strengthened its teams with experienced consultants.
