in connection with its secondary LBO
The Franco-German consulting firm specializing in embedded systems and information technology has come under the control of its managers following a second LBO, with the stake previously held by Dzeta Conseil being acquired by Ardian Expansion.
As part of this transaction, the T&S Group management team is being advised by partners Isabelle Cheradame and Nicolas Menard-Durand, as well as Magda Picchetto and Antonin Balsan, on corporate matters; and by partner Jérôme Commerçon and Édouard Frizon on tax matters.
