Restructuring of the Raymond James Group's Holding Company's Capital Structure
Individual shareholders and Raymond James International Holding (RJIH) have completed the restructuring of the capital of Raymond James European Securities (RJES), the financial holding company that oversees Raymond James' RTO operations in France.
RJIH now holds a majority stake, with 62% of RJES's capital, while the remainder is held by the group's executives.
RJES's two subsidiaries are investment firms that receive and transmit orders; Raymond James International deals in U.S. securities, and Raymond James Euro Equities deals in European securities.
The group’s management, represented by Mr. Emmanuel Laussinotte, Chairman of RJES, was assisted in this transaction by the law firm SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS, with a team consisting of Isabelle Cheradame and Aurore Suain handling the legal aspects, as well as our tax and employment law teams.
RJIH was advised by the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, with a team consisting of Sophie de Beer, Charles Masson, and Anne Rivière.
Yet another transaction to the credit of the private equity team at SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS, a leader in advising management teams on the largest LBO transactions over the past decade (most recently SGD, Cegelec, and Picard).
