Since its acquisition by Motion Equity Partners (MEP) in 2014, the Breton SME Celluloses de la Loire has capitalized on the diversification of its product portfolio and major acquisitions to triple in size. Now known as Omni-Pac Group, the company—which designs eco-friendly molded fiber solutions—was the subject of a new LBO last year, a process in which the teams at Scotto Partners provided support.
