The law firm Scotto & Associés advised Elior—the world’s third-largest provider of concession catering services and fourth-largest provider of institutional catering services—and its management team in connection with its initial public offering, particularly with regard to the exit of the management’s investment.
The AMF approved the offering circular on May 27, 2014, in preparation for a listing scheduled for June 11, 2014.
