SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS is advising ParexGroup's management team in connection with its acquisition by Wendel and Materis

The investment firm Wendel and its subsidiary Materis have entered into exclusive negotiations with the investment fund CVC Capital Partners to acquire ParexGroup. This transaction values Materis’ specialty mortar subsidiary at 880 million euros, representing a multiple of 8.4 times 2013 EBITDA.
ParexGroup, which operates in 21 countries, posted revenue of 754.5 million euros last year.
