Scotto & Associés advised Looping’s management team on a secondary LBO led by Ergon Capital Partners, which succeeded HIG Capital as the group’s majority shareholder.
With 2014 revenue of 60 million euros, the operator of eleven regional amusement parks has doubled its business over the past five years.
The firm's team consisted of Nicolas Menard-Durand, a partner, and Franck Vacher in the corporate practice.
