SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS advised Armacell's management team in connection with its acquisition by Blackstone

Scotto & Associés advised Armacell’s management team on their fourth leveraged buyout (LBO), led by Blackstone, which succeeded Charterhouse, Bridgepoint, and CVC as the group’s majority shareholder.
The group, historically based in Germany, is a leader in flexible insulation materials. It operates 24 production sites across 16 countries and four continents. With 2015 revenue of 555 million euros, the group expects sustained growth, driven in particular by the increasingly stringent energy efficiency and environmental sustainability goals in the construction and transportation sectors.
The firm’s team consisted of Isabelle Cheradame, a partner, along with Tessa Parodi de Schonen and Cristina Narvaez for the corporate aspects, and Jérôme Commerçon, a partner, along with Laurence Gautier for the tax aspects.
