SCOTTO & ASSOCIES is advising Pierre Bastid’s group in connection with Carmat’s capital increase of 50 million euros

Scotto & Associés is advising Pierre Bastid on a €50 million capital increase for Carmat (a company listed on Alternext), the designer and developer of the world’s most advanced total artificial heart project, which aims to provide a therapeutic alternative for patients suffering from biventricular heart failure.
Pierre Bastid's group is acquiring a stake in Carmat alongside Airbus Group, Truffle Capital, and new investors, including Air Liquide, Bpifrance, the French government, and Dr. Ligresti's family office.
The Scotto & Associés team consisted of Thomas Bourdeaut, a partner, and Alexandra Pérette.
