Scotto & Associés advised the management team of the Coventya Group in connection with a fourth-round LBO led by SilverFleet Capital, which succeeded Equistone as the majority shareholder.
Conventya, a Franco-German chemical company specializing in surface treatment—specifically, the application of anti-corrosive zinc alloys or nickel coatings—for the automotive, luxury goods, and aerospace industries, employs 570 people (70 in France) and has tripled its revenue over the past fifteen years.
The Scotto & Associés team consisted of Nicolas Menard-Durand, partner, Franck Vacher, and Cristina Narvaez, handling corporate matters; and Jérôme Commerçon, partner, and Laurence Gautier, handling tax matters.
