SCOTTO & ASSOCIES advised the Parkeon Group in connection with its acquisition by Astorg from ICG

The law firm Scotto & Associés is advising the Parkeon Group and its management in connection with the LBO led by Astorg, which is succeeding Intermediate Capital Investments (ICG) as the Group’s majority shareholder.
Parkeon is a major player in urban mobility and smart cities, offering equipment and solutions for parking and mobility. The Parkeon Group, whose equipment and software are used, for example, to recharge the Navigo pass in the Île-de-France region and to pay for the bus rapid transit system in New York, employs 1,100 people worldwide, more than 60% of whom are based in France, where it operates a factory in Besançon (Doubs).
The firm's team consisted of Thomas Bourdeaut, a partner, along with Franck Vacher and Victor Bodart in the corporate practice, as well as Sérafine Poyer and Justine Moreau in the labor and employment practice.
