Scotto & Associés is advising Axilone’s management on the sale of the group to Citic Capital
The U.S. fund Oaktree Capital, which has owned Axilone—a group specializing in the production of plastic and metal packaging for the cosmetics, fragrance, and skincare markets—since 2011, has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Chinese fund Citic Capital regarding the sale of the group.
Axilone’s management team is being advised on this transaction by Scotto & Associés, with a team led by Claire Revol-Renié, a corporate partner, supported by Franck Vacher and Cristina Narvaez, and a tax team consisting of Jérôme Commerçon, a partner, and Laurence Gautier. Justine Moreau is in charge of labor and employment matters.
