The law firm Scotto & Associés is advising Verallia’s management team on the acquisition of the company from Saint-Gobain by the U.S. private equity firm Apollo Management International, which is partnering with BPI France for this transaction. Apollo’s purchase offer values Verallia at 2.945 billion euros.
Verallia, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of glass bottles and jars, reported revenue of more than 2 billion euros in 2014. The group employs nearly 10,000 people worldwide.
The firm's teams were as follows:
- Claire Revol-Renié, assisted by Franck Vacher and Camille Perrin on corporate and contractual matters;
- the tax team and the employment law team for other matters.
