Scotto & Associés is advising Webhelp’s founders and management team on the sale of the group by Charterhouse to the founders and managers, alongside the U.S. investment firm KKR.
With estimated 2015 revenue of 725 million euros, Webhelp is the third-largest call center in Europe and employs 30,000 people across 21 countries worldwide.
The firm's team consists of Lionel Scotto le Massese and Claire Revol-Renié, partners, and Adrien Badelon.
