Pierre Donnesberg and his teams have entered into exclusive negotiations with Ardian to acquire a majority stake in the Siaci Saint Honoré Group, a leader in insurance consulting and brokerage for property and personal insurance, with backing from the Charterhouse investment fund, which is convinced of the Group’s growth potential and this large-scale development project.
This transaction would value the Siaci Saint Honoré Group at more than one billion euros.
